Commercial Marketing Manager

• Lead the commercial and marketing strategy for the assigned business segment, ensuring sustainable revenue and profit growth.
• Own segment P&L performance, including marketing investment, pricing strategy, and profitability management.
• Develop mid-term growth plans by defining target customers, channel priorities, and commercial activation strategies.
• Drive digital demand generation programs focused on qualified lead creation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion.
• Establish lead management, CRM, and sales handoff processes to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Lead the E-Commerce strategy and execution across key platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
• Monitor and optimize online business performance through data-driven analysis and investment decisions.
• Manage and evaluate digital agencies and marketing partners to ensure strong ROI and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Distribution, and Finance teams to deliver effective go-to-market execution.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, monitor business performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve commercial objectives.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 4–5 years of progressive experience in brand management, commercial marketing, or business developmentideally within FMCG, FMCD, automotive industries.
• Demonstrated ownership of a brand, category, or product P&L
• Proven track record of connecting marketing investment to measurable commercial outcomes: revenue, leads, conversion, or market share.
• Experience working with digital agencies, E-Commerce platforms, or performance media channels in a commercially accountable capacity.
