* Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer network within the steel/metal industry
* Build and maintain strong relationships with steel manufacturers, traders, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.
* Introduce and sell market intelligence services, including data subscriptions, research reports, and industry-related services
* Leverage existing industry networks to acquire new clients and accelerate business growth.
* Coach and support the current Sales team in customer development, sales approach, and relationship building.
* Manage sales pipeline and achieve assigned business targets.
* Keep updated on steel market trends and customer needs.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Strong experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management
* Solid network within the steel, metal, commodity, or related industries
* Proven experience in developing new clients and generating business opportunities.
* Candidates from steel market intelligence / data / research companies are highly preferred.
* Experience in coaching or supporting junior Sales members is an advantage.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Able to communicate in English
* Open to candidates based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City (remote job)
