Business Analyst (Software Development)

You will work as a Business Analyst in our software development team to develop SaaS products that help 60,000+ merchants and top brands transform their business.

• Participate in product prototyping, mock-up, and GUI design.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into documents such as business cases, business models, project scope, project description, functional specifications, user cases, user stories/PBI...
• Verify team output (usability testing, validate “before” and “after” results from the changing system, acceptance testing...).
• Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including glossaries, lesson learned, user guides...
• Manage change requests.
• Keep up to date with new trends and best practices in business analysis and share knowledge with colleagues.

our Skills and Experience

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Software/IT industry.
• Background: Strong preference for candidates with experience in Outsourcing companies or those who have managed projects for diverse clients.
• Project Scope: Proven track record in Enterprise-level projects and large-scale systems involving multiple modules and stakeholders.
• Requirement Management: Proficient in eliciting, analyzing, and clarifying business requirements from clients and internal business teams.
• Documentation: Ability to produce high-quality business documentation, including BRD, URD, SRS, workflows, and wireframes.
• Collaboration: Experienced in working within cross-functional teams, including PMs, Developers, QA, UI/UX designers, and integration partners.
• Problem Solving: Strong capability in analyzing complex business flows, proposing system solutions, and managing Change Requests (CR) effectively.
• Domain Knowledge: Priority given to candidates with experience in CRM, Loyalty, OMS, ERP, POS, eCommerce, or system integration.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when working directly with corporate clients.
• Analytical Thinking: Logical mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to track projects from the requirement phase through to UAT and Go-live.
• Technical Skills: Preferred experience with API integration, third-party system integration, and data mapping.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Saturdays and Sundays off).
