Job description Graphic Designer

• Design digital advertising banners and social media creatives
• Create key visuals for events, campaigns, and related marketing materials
• Design landing pages and website UI/UX layouts
• Design POSM materials such as flyers, backdrops, standees, and other printed assets
• Produce basic video content using Canva
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to execute campaign visuals
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing channels

KPIs

• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines
• Maintain visual quality aligned with brand guidelines
• Contribute to achieving the team’s overall sales targets

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proficient in: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Ability to design digital marketing materials (ads, social, landing pages)
• Ability to Perform basic video editing (CapCut or Premiere) is a plus
• Familiarity with Figma is a plus (for landing page/UI design)
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency is a plus
• Strong understanding of layout, color, and typography
• Proactive, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Excellent creativity, artistic skills, and attention to detail to craft visually appealing designs.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design projects is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in eCommerce / SaaS / Retail
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI or landing page design
• Motion graphics or advanced video editing skills
