Reports to: Head of Delivery / Project Manager

About the role IGS Group Vietnam delivers and integrates enterprise software for financial services and corporate customers. We are looking for a Business Analyst who has worked hands-on in the software delivery of trade finance, KYC, underwriting or B2C portal systems, and who can turn business needs into clear, buildable requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops with business users, operations, compliance and IT stakeholders.

• Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows (as-is and to-be).

• Analyse and map end-to-end processes for trade finance, KYC/onboarding, credit underwriting and customer-facing portals.

• Work with solution architects, developers and QA to ensure requirements are understood, feasible and delivered as specified.

• Prepare data mapping, integration requirements and API specifications together with the technical team.

• Support UAT: prepare test scenarios, coordinate testing with users, triage defects and manage change requests.

• Produce user guides, training material and handover documentation.

• Act as the bridge between the customer and the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle.

Must-have requirements

• - 3+ years as a Business Analyst on software development or implementation projects.

• Proven hands-on experience in at least two of: trade finance, KYC/customer onboarding, credit or insurance underwriting, B2C web portals.

• Strong understanding of banking or financial services operations, regulatory and compliance requirements in these domains.

• Skilled in writing BRDs, FSDs, user stories and process models (BPMN or equivalent).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• English proficiency: IELTS 8.0 and above.

Nice to have

• Experience with core banking, loan origination, or digital onboarding platforms.

• Basic SQL for data analysis and validation.

• Familiarity with API integration concepts (REST, JSON) and system integration projects.

• Professional certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA or CSPO.
