As we continue to grow and modernise, we’re seeking a Business Analyst with strong project coordination skills and a solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing technical initiatives and acting as a vital link between cross-functional teams. Your primary focus will be to ensure smooth communication, alignment, and the successful execution of technology-driven projects.

Core Responsibilities (Project Coordination – Required):

• Receive and gather project requests; translate business needs into clear technical specifications for the development team.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects, particularly those related to automation or AI technologies.

• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.

• Track and report on project progress, resolve blockers, and escalate risks as needed.

• Support testing, rollout, and feedback collection during and after implementation.

• Prepare documentation as requested.

• Support senior staff in generating reports from the database.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.

Additional Responsibilities (AI/ML – Optional but Preferred):

• Assist in training and optimizing pre-built AI/ML models.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Technical skills (Must-have):

• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies, with an interest in supporting technology-driven projects.

• Familiarity with common AI/ML tools, platforms, or APIs is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of NLP and OCR concepts and their practical applications.

• Basic understanding of programming concepts and languages relevant to AI or automation projects.

Personal skills:

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical team members.

• Proficient in written English.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
