[Bien Hoa] IT Audit Assistant Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Assist Head of Internal Audit.
Provide support on the implementation of procedures, policies or service to ensure appropriate level of internal control and compliance is maintained.
MAIN DUTIES
Number of audit works completed and also special case from Headquater.
- Recommendations offered and implemented by corrective action date.
- Working papers completed with its supporting document.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to Head of Internal Audit.
- Train and assist new team members and/or Corporate Internal Audit Group.

• Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Information System, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, or other relevant fields from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Audit, external/internal audit, consulting firm, Accounting firm, or technology-related industries.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
• Willing to travel for domestic assignments.
• Have experience in Information Technology auditing, business process improvement, risk assessment, and internal control evaluation.
• Strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC), Application Controls, IT governance, cybersecurity, and technology risk management.
• Experience in reviewing ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills, including SAP, other ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Possess relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, AIIA, or other IT audit/cybersecurity certifications will be an advantage.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
