B2B Sales Supervisor – Premix / Food Service Ingredients

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand B2B sales channels for premix products and food ingredient solutions.

• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers, especially:

• Food processing companies

• Chicken processing companies

• Restaurants and restaurant chains

• Fast food chains

• Supermarkets

• Convenience stores

• Food service customers

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable premix solutions and product applications.

• Work closely with customers to develop new projects, product concepts, and menu ideas.

• Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable ingredient solutions based on customer needs.

• Prepare quotations, contracts, sales proposals, and related commercial documents.

• Monitor sales projects and follow up with customers to ensure successful implementation.

• Cooperate with internal teams (R&D, Production, QA, etc.) to deliver suitable solutions for customers.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales experience.

• Strong experience with premix products / food ingredients / seasoning / food service

solutions.

• Experience in developing and managing B2B customers.

• Good understanding of food industry customers and market trends.

• English communication skills (TOEIC 600+ preferred), able to communicate with Kodate-san

in daily work.
