Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Air Logistic Manager (Open to Korean Expats, $6000, ID 21414)
- Directly manage and streamline the end-to-end Air Export transport procedures for high-profile electronics accounts.
- Supervise and audit the daily performance of Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and global freight forwarders to secure efficient air cargo handling.
- Enforce and evaluate monthly operational KPIs, with a particular focus on transit timelines, on-time shipping, and precise arrival milestones.
- Address and rectify critical logistics incidents by performing root-cause analysis on client complaints, engineering strategic workarounds, and implementing immediate adjustments.
- Liaise closely with third-party logistics entities and strategic industry partners to facilitate seamless cargo flows.
- Command the resolution of irregularities (IRRE), including delicate procedures such as shipment recalls, cargo holds, DO/BR/SR cancellations, and insurance claims for damaged/missing freight.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration within the internal logistics division to elevate cargo processing capacities.
- Formulate and present comprehensive Revenue Analytics directly to the expatriate Group Leader on a regular basis.
- Maintain an agile communication channel to deliver prompt, high-level strategic responses to premium customer inquiries.
- Consolidate performance metrics into daily, weekly, and monthly status briefings for presentation to the executive Board of Management.
- Execute additional high-level logistics tasks as strategically delegated by the Department Head.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Nationality: Exclusively open for Korean nationals.
- Education: University graduate (Bachelor's Degree or higher) with a major in Logistics, Global Supply Chain, International Trade, or Business Administration.
- Experience: A distinguished track record of at least 10 years of progressive professional experience within the Logistics and Freight Forwarding industry.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in operational software and corporate computing applications (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Exceptional, professional-grade English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Attributes: Proactive and resilient mindset, with a proven capability to orchestrate multi-task operations under high-pressure supply chain environments.
