Main Responsibility

Propose business cases for projects/ transformation initiatives

Develop detailed plans for transformation initiatives.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Post-implementation reviews to validate goal-setting achievement

Key Result Area

Independently develop and present business cases, including budget justification and expected incremental outcomes.

Create comprehensive implementation plans, including communication strategy, execution roadmap, and stakeholder alignment.

Monitor project progress against timelines and requirements, ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical issues, and support the establishment and maintenance of transformation governance frameworks and processes

Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess performance against targets, and maintain initiative charters, stage gates, and exit criteria aligned with measurable outcomes.

Qualification and Experience Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Information Systems/ Finance/ or related fields

4+ years of experience in digital transformation, sales operations, or digital marketing

Experience in insurance / financial services. Familiar to Agency Channel in insurance industry is the must.

Strong Microsoft Office skills (advanced PowerPoint, report-level Excel).

Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global setting.

Time management and problem-solving skills are valuable competencies.
