Agency Planning Asssociate Manager

Position Summary

To be responsible for proposing and monitoring effectiveness of agency Compensation and Contest and conducting analytics for agency performance strategy and customer management, including but not limited to: develop agency KPI plan; monitoring and provide meaningful insights of agency strategy to Executives Management and Senior Agency Management Teams.

Main Responsibility

Study and propose planning for compensation and short-term contest for agency channel

Conduct deep dive analytics on agency performance: providing meaningful insights for agency performance management

Conduct market intelligence to remain competitive edge of GVL schemes

Conduct deep dive analytics on distribution performance: providing meaningful insights for distribution performance management

Qualification and Experience Requirement

University Degree in Business Statistics/Business Administration/Finance/Insurance

Minimum 2 years of business analytics, MIS management, or strategic planning for multi-national life insurance companies

Strong working experience on data processing, report automation/visualization.

Experience on agency projects/initiatives is an advantage.

Strong analytic thinking, and solid business acumen

Skillful in using Microsoft Excel VBA, Access, SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Power Point (R or Python skills as advantages)

Basic knowledge of advanced business analytic methods/approach (profiling, 2 variables analysis, classification, logistic regression modelling) as advantage

Assertive communication and excellent presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
