PD Strategy and Development, Associate Manager/manager

Position Summary

The role supports Partnership Distribution strategy and business development through coordination, documentation, business updates, and follow-up on key initiatives. The role also supports the team in consolidating business issues, clarifying challenges with sales teams and partners, and preparing practical solution proposals.

Main Responsibility

Consolidate business issues from sales teams and partners; support issue clarification, simple analysis, and practical solution proposals.

Coordinate Partnership Distribution initiatives, including meetings, follow-up tracking, stakeholder alignment, and business updates.

Support partner initiatives, compensation schemes, and solution documentation, including annex preparation and execution coordination where required.

Coordinate onboarding and implementation of new partners, supporting documentation, process alignment, launch readiness, and post-launch follow-up.

Prepare clear presentations, meeting decks, and business materials for internal and external Partnership Distribution meetings.

Provide day-to-day strategy and business development support with strong follow-through, attention to detail, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualification and Experience Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, Insurance, or related disciplines.

Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance, banking, financial services, bancassurance, sales support, business coordination, project coordination, or partner management.

Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to prepare clear business updates, meeting materials, and stakeholder communications.

Good coordination and follow-through skills, with the ability to track actions, manage timelines, and support alignment across teams.

Basic analytical skills to consolidate information, review business data, and support issue analysis and practical recommendations.

Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
