Agency Partnership

POSITION OVERVIEW

Build and operate global agency partner network. You will work directly with global customers from our HCMC office, recruiting marketing, design, and development agencies to deliver client work using VibeX - powered by AI at every step of the process. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role: you own the full partner lifecycle from recruitment to performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner Recruitment & Contracting

• Recruit and contract marketing, design, and development agencies to adopt VibeX for client delivery

• Identify and develop strategic agency partners across Vietnam and international markets

• Use AI (VibeX, Claude, Gemini) to automate outreach, proposals, training assets, and operational workflows

Partner Lifecycle Management

• Build and manage the full partner lifecycle: onboarding → activation → performance review → renewal

• Track partner performance metrics and run incentive programs to drive engagement and output

• Operate and manage partners via the dedicated partner portal and dashboard

Enablement & Training

• Generate partner training content, certification programs, and enablement materials using AI tools

• Build scalable onboarding programs that reduce time-to-productivity for new agency partners

AI Workflow Innovation

• Continuously discover and integrate new AI tools into your partnership workflows

• Document and share repeatable AI-powered partnership playbooks with the global team

• Provide product feedback to the VibeX team based on real partner use cases

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Experience

• Proven hands-on track record in partnership management, channel sales, or B2B sales - you have recruited, activated, and managed real partners

• Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with business decision-makers

• Understanding of the marketing, design, or development agency ecosystem

AI Capability (Critical)

• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build materials, automate workflows, or manage operations

• Able to demonstrate at least one real piece of work produced primarily with AI

• AI capability is our #1 hiring criterion — more important than years of experience

Language

• English required (business level) — able to lead partner meetings, write training materials, and manage cross-border agency relationships

• Japanese or Chinese proficiency is an advantage

Bonus Qualifications

• Existing network within Vietnam's agency or SaaS ecosystem

• Experience with partner portals, CRM, or channel enablement tools

• Prior experience at a startup or high-growth tech company

• Experience with KR / JP / CN markets (agency or enterprise buyer context)

HIRING PROCESS

• Step 2 - Pre-Interview: Upon shortlisting, you receive a free VibeX Pro plan and two assignments to complete and submit before the interview. All assignments must be completed in English.

• Step 3 - Interview: The interview will be conducted in English. We will discuss your assignment, your AI workflow, and real cases you have owned.

• Step 4 - Decision: We will communicate the outcome after the interview.
