Accounting Specialist - English / Chinese Required

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist with relevant experience in the Logistics industry to join our team for the responsibilities as below:

• Issue VAT invoices, make SOA to credit customer timely.

• Be responsible for following up payment from customer; prepare monthly aging report and bad debt to management.

• Check and reconcile with bank accounts timely.

• Check payment request and arrange payment to carriers/ vendors.

• Check and verify the SOA with vendors.

• Responsible for customer/ vendor credit management (credit limits, payment terms, and contract terms).

• Record data source into MISA.

• Any other duties assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduated at accounting/ finance major.

• At least 1 year in Logistics/Forwarding/Marine/Import-Export field.

• Good command of English is required; Chinese is a strong plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and have good teamwork and regular job rotation spirit, agile, hard-working, honest and responsible in work.
