Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to ensure smooth shipments and manage our daily operations for the responsibilities below:

• Contact customers (shippers) to support necessary procedures related to shipments.

• Coordinate and monitor daily sea freight operations (Import, Export, Transshipment).

• Prepare and process daily shipping documents (B/L, Packing List, Invoice, C/O, permits, etc.).

• Provide timely updates on shipment status to customers.

• Liaise with shipping lines, ports, overseas agents, and internal departments as required.

• Ensure shipment documentation complies with Customs regulations and current laws.

• Manage and archive operational records and documents.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.

• Support ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Report directly to managers or leadership upon request.

Job requirement

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or Transportation.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sea freight at logistics, freight forwarding, or international transport companies.

• Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

• Proficient in office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel.

• Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.

• Agile, honest, meticulous, responsible, and a good team player.

Office

• Location: 5th Floor, 30-32 Yersin Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, HCMC.

• Time: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM) | Lunch break: 1.5 hours
