Mô tả công việc Accountant

- Handle daily transactions for Accounts Receivable and issue e-invoices to customers.
- Communicate and follow up with customers regarding payment collection.
- Handle daily cash transactions for departments.
- Receive and verify payment requests and deposits before submitting them to the Chief Accountant for approval.
- Prepare revenue reports, VAT reports, and other accounting reports.
- Submit monthly reports accurately and on time.
- File and maintain contracts with vendors/customers and accounting books.
- Support Accounts Payable activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounting, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Able to read and write in English.
- Proficient in ERP systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of MS Excel and Word.
