Description

This position operations plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of transportation, departments responsible for the transportation and movement of goods in forwarding business includes: air, sea, municipal transit systems, shipping lines and trucking under the direction of a General Director or another senior Deputy General Director.

Job duties:

• Handle general accounting tasks related to forwarding and logistics operations.

• Review and reconcile invoices, contracts, and shipping documents.

• Prepare financial statements and tax reports in compliance with regulations.

• Manage accounts receivable and payable for logistics services.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely accounting processes.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting experience in forwarding/logistics.

• Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and international shipping procedures.

• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

• Analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.

• Proficient in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
