1. Tuition Fees and Other Collections Management

- Responsible for tasks related to tuition fees and other collections from students. Tuition fees include: regular tuition fees, enhanced English tuition fees, development program fees, second foreign language fees, summer course fees, fees for other paid elective subjects (if any), …

- Other collections include lunch, transportation, boarding, uniforms, notebooks, …

2. Update the status of expenditure proposals and the status of expenditure within the approved annual school-year budget of the campus.

3. Responsible for tasks related to accounts receivable and revenue.

4. Responsible for tasks related to asset management at the campus.

5. Responsible for checking supporting documents for payment proposals, advance payment proposals, and advance payment settlements, ensuring that the documents are complete and compliant with regulations.

6. Coordinate other relevant tasks of the department and the School.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Good knowledge and understanding of regulations related to the issuance, verification, and processing of invoices.

• Ability to manage and monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.

• Ability to manage assets and inventory.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to use English in the workplace.

• Strong logical thinking, analytical, and numerical skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to proactively and effectively solve problems.

• Careful, honest, responsible, and compliant with the School's regulations and procedures.
