- Receive, handle, and provide IT support for users in Vietnam.
- Support users in using software, applications, systems, and tools for their daily work.
- Install, configure, provide user guidance, and troubleshoot software-related issues.
- Receive and resolve issues related to business systems, including providing user guidance, investigating problems, and coordinating with relevant teams when necessary.
- Monitor, analyze, and handle user tickets and support requests, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
- Provide guidance and training to users on software, systems, and IT procedures when required.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the Direct manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of software, application systems, and user troubleshooting (knowledge of Odoo is a strong advantage).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Strong willingness to learn and ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.
- English (Listen, Speak, Read, Write).
