Account Receivable Executive (1 Year Contract)

Mô tả công việc

- Check supporting document to issue Debit note and issue Invoice for reimbursement.

- Release FOC/Promotion sale order.

- Check customer information (DMR)

- Check deal price/master request on price approval

- Issue VAT invoice (direct warehouse/sales discount invoice and promotion trip).

- Check settlement for Promotion/Dealer trip & Lucky draw

- Collect Confirmation letter from dealers

- Others task as requirement


Yêu cầu công việc

• University graduates majoring in accounting or related fields

• Have at least 1 year of experience in accounting field especially in AR

• Experiences in SAP is a plus

• Hard working, creative, oriented & good communication

• Good English skills & communication

• Good computer skills: Ms Excel, Ms Word, Power Point
