Account Manager

General Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Contract Logistics team in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, supporting account growth initiatives, ensuring service excellence, and identifying opportunities to expand logistics solutions across assigned accounts.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a young commercial professional who wishes to develop a career in supply chain and contract logistics with exposure to warehousing, distribution, e-commerce fulfilment, transportation, and value-added services.

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers.

• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders across the supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operations teams.

• Conduct regular customer meetings, business reviews, and site visits.

• Understand customers' business strategies, challenges, and future logistics requirements.

Commercial & Operational Coordination:

• Act as the bridge between customers and internal operational teams.

• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Solutions Design, Finance, Transport, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Monitor customer KPIs and service levels.

• Support implementation of new business and customer onboarding projects.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively reduce service risks.

• Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations.

• Prepare monthly business review presentations and performance reports.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, or related disciplines.

• 3-5 years of experience in one or more of the following:

- Contract Logistics

- Warehousing

- Freight Forwarding

- Transportation

- Supply Chain Solutions

- Customer Service or Commercial roles

Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Commercial mindset with customer-centric attitude.

• Basic understanding of warehousing and supply chain operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
