Warranty Returned Parts Control Staff

- Receive, inspect, and record returned warranty failure parts from dealers based on approved claims; verify defect condition, completeness, and consistency with claim information; maintain full traceability and status control.

-Manage labeling, storage, and condition status of returned parts pending investigation or shipment; ensure 5S, safety, and compliance.

- Coordinate with warranty team and dealers to follow up on missing, overdue, or documentation-incomplete return cases.

- Prepare and arrange shipment of failure parts to IML/IMIT/local suppliers within standard lead time; provide inspection results, photos, and part condition reports to support investigation.

- Prepare periodic reports on returned parts status, overdue cases, and shipment progress; propose improvement actions to reduce delays and claim/part mismatches.

- Control and issue warranty booklets, customer care vouchers; review and process dealer warranty registration submissions for approval.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's Degree (or College level and above) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.

- Having from 3 years' experience in automotive after-sales operations, warranty, spare parts, warehouse/logistics, quality control, or related functions.

- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems and data management is an advantage.

- Able to communicate and prepare reports in English.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks under strict deadlines.

- Strong coordination, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Valid Driver's License B2.

- Working at IAC (ISUZU Vietnam Auto Care) at Cu Chi.
