Distribution Operation Staff (Dms/crm)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Distribution Operations Staff to support daily sales operations through DMS/ERP system management, budget control, and sales administration. This position will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate transaction processing, monitor operational performance, and provide timely reports that support business efficiency and decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

1. DMS/ERP Operation (60%)

- Maintain daily operation of DMS/ERP.

- Process sales orders and vehicle stock transfer transactions.

- Monitor transaction status and coordinate with related departments to ensure data accuracy.

- Support troubleshooting related to DMS transactions.

2. Transportation & Motor Pool Budget Control (20%)

- Consolidate transportation and motor pool expenses.

- Prepare monthly budget reports and forecasts.

- Monitor budget utilization and explain budget variances.

3. Sales Administration (20%)

- Prepare sales contracts and contract appendices.

- Issue related announcements to dealers.

- Monitor dealer overdue payments and parking fees.

- Prepare daily/ad-hoc reports.

- Arrange business trips and meeting minutes.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Candidates with experience in the automotive industry are preferred.

- Good command of English (TOEIC score of 700 or above is preferred).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Experience with ERP, DMS, or SAP systems is an advantage.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
