Sales Planning & Operation Staff

This position is responsible for supporting Sales Planning operations through budget monitoring, sales data analysis, and reporting. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure budget accuracy, provide timely business insights, and support management in planning and decision-making. The position also contributes to improving operational efficiency through effective data management and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

- Consolidate and monitor the monthly Sales Division budget (Actual vs. Budget) and provide regular budget status reports to management.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect, reconcile, and validate budget data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Maintain budget reports, planning files, and related documentation to support Sales Planning operations.

- Support sales data analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.

- Prepare ad hoc reports and perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

- Good command of English (TOEIC score of 700 or above is preferred).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.

- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

- Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
