- 1. Strategic & Operational Management
- Develop and execute regional/international logistics strategies to ensure expansion aligns with market demand and operational capacity.
- Source and negotiate site locations and equipment to ensure continuous operations and cost optimization.
- Manage inventory control and warehouse operations; ensure receiving, storage, and dispatching processes adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) while optimizing space and cost.
- Oversee warehouse operations and delivery coordination to maintain smooth logistics flow and minimize the risk of loss or damage.
- Streamline logistics processes to improve workforce productivity and cost efficiency.
- Monitor equipment maintenance, security, and fire safety systems to safeguard assets and inventory.
- Negotiate with logistics partners to optimize costs and enhance delivery performance.
- 2. People Management & Training
- Recruit, train, and manage the logistics team to meet operational requirements.
- Design and implement training programs covering warehouse processes, Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations, and logistics management skills.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance.
- 3. Budgeting & Cost Optimization
- Formulate and monitor logistics budgets to maintain optimal cost efficiency.
- Negotiate with third-party logistics (3PL) and shipping service providers to secure favorable rates.
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste and boost operational output.
- 4. Reporting & Risk Management
- Provide accurate and timely reports on inventory levels and delivery progress.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and asset reporting to prevent losses.
- Proactively propose operational solutions and risk mitigation strategies to optimize performance.

- Required working experience
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience in E-commerce.
- Required Languages:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Required knowledge and skills

- Proven experience in warehouse process optimization and WMS management.
- Proactive, decisive, and trustworthy working style.
