• Overall management for 3PL warehouse operations, in a strategic and cost-effective way.

• Drive and take the lead to plan, propose initiatives or suggestions for work improvement projects, and competitive value-added services to our clients.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and material flow, ensuring smooth support to production and delivery.

• Lead inventory management and warehouse performance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Work proactively and closely with related business stakeholders to meet the customers’ expectations, manage project implementation and execution to achieve objectives of profit growth, and ensure KPIs met.

• Ensure the operations are being managed in full compliance with company policies and lawful regulations.

• Supervise and control all related custom process regarding to warehouse operation

Follow up on target KPI’s and recommend process improvements and adopt lean logistics practices and a continuous improvement mindset:

-Take training/ coaching to supervisor/ workforce who under your report line

-Work in conjunction with HR for recruiting, training, warning, terminating the labor contract and paying employee interests according to Vietnam labor law

-Follow up administration issues for day by day labor requirements

-Organize and attend necessary weekly and monthly meetings with Supervisors and/or labor groups to understand and deal with any issues and to issue timely instruction on changes or improvements when required

-Ensure that KPI’s are produced in full and on time

-Strengthen team through training and development.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics warehouse operations (3PL, Distribution Center, or Cold storage).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Practical experience using Infor WMS (Infor) or similar Warehouse Management Systems.

• Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory control, stocktaking processes, and HSE/Fire Safety regulations, HACCP, ISO....

• Good command of English, with confidence in both verbal communication and report writing.

• Strong planning, budgeting, and cost control capabilities.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• High integrity, proactive mindset, ability to work under pressure, and strong sense of responsibility.
