Video Editor

II/ Job roles:
-We are looking for a Video Editor with extensive editing experience and creative thinking to join our content creative team in Vietnam. This role primarily serves the production of short video advertisements for our clients on digital platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Google.
-You will be responsible for the creative editing and multi-style interpretation of original scripted videos. Based on the client's advertising goals, you will perform secondary creation to improve content virality and platform adaptability. We hope you are not just an executor, but a content creator with visual expression skills and independent thinking.

III/ Keys responsibilities:
-Responsible for short video advertisement editing for company clients on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads.
-Perform multi-angle and multi-style creative editing based on filmed original scripts and advertising goals.
-Independently propose optimization suggestions for video structure, rhythm, pacing, and visual language.
-Produce high-quality deliverables by performing secondary editing based on client feedback.
-Participate in brainstorming sessions for video content and work closely with planning, camera, and copywriting teams.
-Stay updated on short video trends and continuously optimize editing methods and forms of expression.
-Manage project progress to ensure timely delivery and quality of the final product.
-Possess basic video shooting skills to assist the camera operator when necessary.
-Learn and apply operational AI technologies in video creation during the editing process (mentorship and training on AI technology will be provided).

IV/ Position requirements:
-University/College graduated.
-Experience in short video editing for advertisements; familiar with the logic of TikTok, Facebook, and Google ad videos.
-Proficient in editing software such as Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
-Deep understanding and practical ability in visual rhythm, emotional pacing, and camera language.
-Strong secondary creation skills, with the ability to reconstruct logic and narrative structures based on existing footage.
-Passionate about content creation with a keen insight into advertising marketing content and platform dissemination characteristics.
-Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle the pressure of multi-tasking under tight deadlines.
-Fluency in Chinese or English is a preferred advantage.
-Possess the ability to learn new technologies, such as AI tools and applications.
