Tuyển dụng [Urgent Hiring] Senior Marketing Executive tại Đà Nẵng

Odyssey International School in Da Nang is seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Marketing Executive to join our international school team.

This role will play an important part in strengthening the school’s brand presence in Da Nang and the wider market. You will be a key member of the marketing team, combining data-driven marketing, creative storytelling, digital campaigns, and events to increase brand awareness and support student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Brand Management

• Manage an integrated content calendar across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, as well as the school website and e-newsletters.

• Plan and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Zalo Ads, and other relevant platforms.

• Manage and regularly update the school website.

• Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, journalists, and relevant media partners to strengthen the school’s public relations.

• Ensure consistent application of the school’s brand guidelines across all internal and external communications.

2. Offline Marketing & Events

• Develop event plans and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to organise on-site, off-site, and online events, including Open Days and school community events.

• Work closely with graphic designers, vendors, and other partners to deliver offline marketing campaigns, including OOH advertising, merchandise, signage, and marketing collateral.

3. Integrated Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Admissions, and Communications teams to develop and implement an annual Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Plan aligned with the school’s vision and enrollment goals.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to better understand parent personas, market trends, and the school’s positioning within the local and international education market.

4. Lead Generation & Admissions Support

• Develop and manage email workflows and digital campaigns to nurture leads and support the Admissions team in achieving enrollment KPIs.

• Build and maintain relationships with relocation agencies, corporate partners, community organisations, and relevant influencers to expand the school’s reach and generate new leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in education, professional services, or a similar environment.

• Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads is preferred.

• Ability to take high-quality photos and videos, with basic video/photo editing skills.

• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
