• Rapidly onboard into new projects with minimal ramp-up time, using provided domain briefs, common design process documentation, and Jira/Confluence project context
• Apply design thinking methodology (research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, validation) independent of prior domain familiarity
• Deliver production-ready UX/UI work aligned to company standards within short project cycles
• Collaboration with Project managers and engineers. Receive requirements from relevant parties to design UI/UX for web apps & mobile apps. -
• Planning and developing design standards and visual designs for products: website, web apps & mobile apps
• Optimize existing user experience & interface designs
• Research and update new trends and improvements: Design System, Pattern, Design Process, ...
• Other tasks as assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least 5 years of experience as a UI-UX Designer or similar role
• A Bachelor's degree (required) in or related to design, UX, UI, graphic design, product design or other disciplines
• In-depth knowledge for UX
• Showcase good UI design portfolio.  Demonstrated ability to work across multiple, unrelated domains or industries.
• Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Jira-based workflows
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Communicate proactively
• Ability to grasp specific product requirements and provide appropriate design solutions and discuss/explain design option.
• Nice to have experience working with products for enterprises, mobile app and Korean client. Proven track record of delivering under short project timelines (sprint-based or similar)
