Trade Marketing Supervisor

Working time:Monday – Friday: 8:30 – 17:30 (including 1-hour lunch break)Saturday: 8:30 – 12:00Off on Saturday afternoon and SundayWorkplace: Building D10 Giang Vo, Giang Vo Ward, HanoiDevelop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual Trade Marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase Indomie brand distribution.
Work closely with Sales teams to implement trade activities, promotions, and in-store visibility programs.
Manage and execute activation, sampling, POSM, and field marketing programs.
Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Manage Trade Marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Manage POSM materials and coordinate with agencies/vendors to ensure effective execution.
Prepare periodic reports, evaluate program effectiveness, and propose improvement plans to Management.
Perform other tasks assigned by Management.

College degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing Supervisor or equivalent roles; FMCG, retail, or F&B experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of Trade Marketing, distribution channels, and in-store activities.
Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing programs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Good English communication skills.
