Logistics Supervisor (Warehouse & Transportation Coordination)

Working Time and Location
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 05:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM.
Saturday afternoon and Sunday: Off.
Work Location:
D10 Building, Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
Be responsible for operational performance and the management of all container and transportation services; act as the key contact for negotiating local transportation contracts with carriers.
Monitor customer orders and prepare daily transportation plans for GT, MT, and Horeca channels.
Manage transportation operations to ensure on-time deliveries and cargo loading schedules; follow up and resolve issues until completion.
Ensure drivers comply with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant external regulations.
Coordinate with internal departments and customers to handle daily transportation activities.
Supervise warehouse receiving, dispatching, inventory control, and proper storage of goods.
Propose warehouse layout solutions to optimize storage capacity, goods flow, and equipment utilization.
Prepare and consolidate inventory reports and transportation cost reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position.
College degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Import–Export, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Good communication skills in English.
Experience working in companies with import-export operations is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
