Financial and Accounting Manager

Working time: Mon - Fri and Saturday morning, 08:30 - 17:30, with 1 hour lunch break. Saturday morning: 08:30 - 12:00. Off on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
Place: 177 Hoa Lan Street, Cau Kieu Ward, HCM City.
Main Tasks:Manage and oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, general ledger, fixed assets, and cost accounting).Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
Ensure full compliance with tax regulations (VAT, CIT, PIT) and timely statutory filings.
Analyze financial performance, gross margins, and product/channel profitability in the FMCG context.
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and banks.
Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/ACCA qualification is preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance, with proven experience in the FMCG industry.
Solid knowledge of VAS and Vietnamese tax laws; knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.
Fluent English (both written and spoken) to work effectively in a multinational and cross-functional environment.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MISA) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High integrity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
