Trade Marketing Executive

2. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Follow detailed plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Ensure timely and effective implementation of campaigns across digital and retail touchpoints
• Coordinate with sales teams and external partners to deliver campaign assets and activities

2. Trade Marketing & Retail Activation

• Support the development and execution of in-store activities, promotions, MT events, and POSM deployment
• Work closely with Sales teams (MT and GT) to ensure consistency and effectiveness at the point of sale
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing activities

3. Content & Brand Communication

• Support content development for digital platforms, including social media, website, and ecom
• Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and communication standards
• Brief, design, and coordinate with suppliers to produce high-quality marketing materials

4. Market Insights & Performance Tracking

• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies
• Monitor consumer trends and feedback to improve marketing effectiveness

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or FMCG/Retail environment preferred
• Strong graduates with relevant internships or project experience may be considered

Skills

• Strong execution and coordination capabilities
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Basic understanding of integrated marketing and retail execution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
