*Key Activities:

Plant Operations:

- Control the operations of tank truck loading / unloading to ensure reliable, efficient, timely, cost effective, flawless operations:

- Ensure all machines, equipment are in good order and condition

- Ensure that tank truck loading/unloading are effective and timely

- Be responsible to monitor LPG tank’s level gauge system, track bulk gain/loss on a daily basis

- Complete production report (create, confirm, settle and close Production order).

- Create PR in SAP for goods and services purchased by the Plant, input goods received into SAP (MIGO).

(back up for Warehouse Keeper)

- Keep tight controls of LPG loss as per the established tolerance.

- Conduct stock count and reconcile bulk stock on a daily basis

Marine operations:

- Be in charge of Loading Master during vessel receipt.

Other activities:

- Back up for Filling Foreman when required.

- Back up for Warehouse Keeper when required

Safety:

- Participate in fire drills and be familiar with evacuation routes and assembly points.

- Ensure proper housekeeping by keeping walkways and emergency exits clear of obstructions.

- Report and document any workplace hazards, near-misses, or incidents to the appropriate personnel or HSE coordinator.

- Attend basic first aid training if requested by the Company.

- Safely store and use electrical equipment and promptly report any faulty or damaged devices.

- Stay informed about emergency contacts and procedures for medical or safety incidents within the office.

- Managers should consistently demonstrate safe behaviors and practices, setting a positive example for their team members to follow.

- This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to all safety protocols.

- Ensure that all team members receive adequate HSE training and have access to necessary resources, such as safety equipment and information on emergency procedures.

- Create an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting hazards, near-misses, and incidents without fear of reprisal. Act on these reports to improve workplace safety

Fullfil other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- College degree or relevant in Business or Engineering.

- Have at lest 3 years of experience working in a factory/plant.

- Good communication skills with staff and customers

- Leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills

- Positive attitude, cooperative with colleagues and other departments

- Knowledge of workplace safety

- Knowledge of MS Office

- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English

- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
