Safety Data Controller (Rotating Shifts)

*Key notices:

- Contract: 1 year, via 3rd party.

- Working Location: LPG Plant, Tan Thuan Ward, HCMC (District 7)

- Working Schedule: Monday - Saturday. This position requires shift work. Employees may work either a fixed shift or rotate between the following shifts: Shift 1: 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM or Shift 2: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

*Key Activities:

- Check and proceed DES & update payment data into the TELPGV COST CONTROL file for monitoring bulk trucks monthly

- Update actions related to maintenance, STL, vetting in the general actions plan

- Coordinate with HR to arrange periodical healthcare check for drivers

- Update Emergency contact list for all TELPGV drivers, and transporters

- Support TELPGV driver (South) issues related to HR

- Monitor driver deadlines (regulatory training, Patrom , preventive driving, medical visits , etc.) on master data (TDB) of drivers/trucks

- Monitor drivers available (block/unblock) on SAP/Track & Trace/Oscar/STL & TDB file

- Support submitting APV related to maintenance, license

- Tracking & recording error violation OBC system daily for all trucks (include transporters, TELPGV-own trucks from North to South.

- Support HR and technical team in data extraction and OBC reporting for passenger vehicles.

HSSE Tasks:

- Participate in fire drills and be familiar with evacuation routes and assembly points.

- Ensure proper housekeeping by keeping walkways and emergency exits clear of obstructions.

- Report and document any workplace hazards, near-misses, or incidents to the appropriate personnel or HSE coordinator.

- Attend basic first aid training if requested by the Company.

- Safely store and use electrical equipment and promptly report any faulty or damaged devices.

- Stay informed about emergency contacts and procedures for medical or safety incidents within the office.

Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management.

What is the required qualification level for the position? Graduated from College/Diploma/University with relevant majors, background in transportation or logistics will be a plus.
