Telecom Procurement Officer

• Source and communicate with telecom and infrastructure service providers.
• Collect and compare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial terms.
• Support procurement activities for Internet, IP Transit, Data Center, Colocation, and Cloud services.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to understand service requirements.
• Track contracts, service renewals, and vendor performance.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networking, IT, or related fields
• At least 1 YoE experience in telecom/network 
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications, networking, ISP, or data center services.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or work experience Telecom/ISP company is a plus
• Experience working with international customers or vendors is an advantage.
