Senior Marketing Executive

A. Marketing Operations

• Manage and execute global and local marketing initiatives aligned with the company's business strategy.
• Serve as the primary marketing contact for Vietnam with Global MKT team
• Oversee daily marketing activities, follow up on ongoing project and cross-functional collaboration.

B. Event Management

• Research, evaluate, and recommend industry conferences, sponsorship opportunities, and partnership activities aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage the company's participation in conferences, customer visits, internal events, and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate with organizers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

C. Marketing Materials & Localization

Manage the development, production, and localization of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, banners, namecard,...) coordinating with external suppliers as needed to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

D. Business Support & Performance

Support business development through marketing initiatives and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in B2B, IT, Telecommunications, or a related industry.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in organizing or managing conferences, networking events, or other offline marketing activities.
• Experience working with external vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
