• Offering Package: o Working Time: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 17:00 PM), Saturday rotation if required (for CS/ Logi/ TS) o Salary & Incentives:
 Attractive base salary
 Fix bonus: 2 months, variable bonus: minimum 2 months (depending on KPI and company business situation) + additional project-based incentives

JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide technical support for mechanical and automation products, including but not limited to:
• Assist customers in product selection, operation, troubleshoot and providing technical solutions
• Visit customers to introduce company's products and provide products training if needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop sales tools and technical support systems/ models to improve efficiency and drive sales targets
• Other tasks assigned by managers

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Good at reading and comprehending technical documents in English
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in automation or machine design
• Experience in designing or improving (Kaizen) factory automation projects
Nice to have:
• Experience in developing, applying, or optimizing AI solutions
• Experience in translating technical documents
• Experience in project management
• Familiarity with MISUMI's products is a strong plus
• Fluent in English for business communication is a strong plus
