- Build up business relationships with customers in assigned applications by providing technical services, product knowledge, and related technology in term of application recommendations, technical seminars, certificates, and related documents support.
- Expand market and customer base in assigned applications by collaborating with commercial team according to business direction of company.
- Realize movement of customers, suppliers, competitors in assigned applications about their products and applications for considering improving or develop products and services of company.
- Manage product quality claim and complaint from customers in assigned applications.
- Support technical information in assigned products and collaborate with other functions for making decision about product quality issues of company.
- Finding opportunities for new product development and new application development in assigned applications.
- Perform safety, environmental, and energy work according to the company’s policies, rules and regulations, and legal requirements.
- Participate in productivity improvement activities according to the company's policies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical, Materials or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in application engineering, R&D, or technical customer service.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of product applications and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (technical seminars, customer training).
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Language: Good command of English for communication and technical documentation.
- Attitude: Proactive, responsible, collaborative, and continuous improvement mindset.
