Team Manager, Branch Sales and Service

• The role holder is primarily responsible for the leading and managing a Branch Sale and Executive team

• Lead the team to achieve the bank's sales targets (mainly Bancassurance & other bank products)

• Generate and grow the portfolio of customers by acquiring new customers and deepening existing client relationships.

• Identify and prioritize activities to maximize revenue contribution from the high potential customers.

• Maximize new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the Priority Clients segment

• Coach team members to increase sales productivity and cross-selling.

• Regularly monitor team members' sales performance and communicate results achieved

• Refer prospective business to other SCB functional units.

• Enhance Bank’s image via community activities.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales lead

• Fluent in English

• Passion for sales and providing excellent customer service, with ability to deal with people of all levels in complex and difficult situations

• Good knowledge in sales planning

• Experienced in brand building and awareness of consumer needs and behaviours

• Highly results-driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with strong time management skills

• Team player with initiative and assertiveness

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
