Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / Recruitment Team Lead

• Proven experience in mass hiring / high-volume recruitment environment.

• Experience managing recruitment performance, sourcing channels, and recruitment operations.
