ABOUT SLINER & ROLE PURPOSE

Sliner Vietnam provides accounting, tax advisory, corporate finance and information technology solutions. The Talent Acquisition Team Leader will develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, lead mid-to-senior and specialist hiring, manage the recruitment team and build sustainable talent pipelines across accounting, tax, finance, technology/software/data, business consulting and management functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruitment strategy: Develop monthly, quarterly and annual hiring plans aligned with business needs; analyse market trends, salary levels and talent supply.

• Senior & critical hiring: Lead recruitment for managers, experts and hard-to-fill roles across accounting, tax, finance and technology.

• Proactive sourcing: Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, industry networks and headhunting partners.

• Assessment & offer management: Conduct in-depth interviews, advise hiring decisions, complete reference checks and negotiate offers.

• Team leadership: Allocate work, coach the recruitment team and ensure delivery, hiring quality and a strong candidate experience.

• Talent pipelines & employer branding: Build candidate databases, employee referral programmes, university/professional partnerships and recruitment content.

• Analytics & reporting: Track time-to-fill, offer acceptance, joining and probation pass rates, quality of hire and recruitment cost.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law or a related field.

• Experience: At least 5 years in recruitment, including 2 years in a team leadership role; proven experience hiring mid-to-senior and specialist talent.

• Industry exposure: Experience in accounting, audit, tax advisory, financial consulting, technology/software, Fintech, ERP, SaaS, digital transformation or executive search is preferred.

• Expertise: Strong capability in sourcing, competency- and behavioural-based interviewing, senior candidate assessment and end-to-end recruitment management.

• Tools & analytics: Proficient in LinkedIn, recruitment platforms and ATS systems; able to analyse recruitment KPIs.

• Skills: Leadership, stakeholder influence, consulting, negotiation, prioritisation, project management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Personal attributes: High integrity and confidentiality; proactive, decisive and results-oriented, with a strong focus on candidate experience.

• Preferred: An established network in accounting, tax, finance or IT, and the ability to work in English.
