Lead and drive HR initiatives across employer branding, employee relations, and workforce development, talent acquisition to ensure a strong talent pipeline and a positive, engaging work environment.

Develop and implement employer branding initiatives

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the company’s image in the labor market

Yêu cầu công việc

5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in Recruitment roles

1–2 years of team management experience

Experience in employer branding and talent pipeline development

Strong interaction with local partners and Government agents

High integrity and contribution mindset

Good English communication skills
