System DevOps Engineer

I. POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Manage, operate and optimize the technology infrastructure; build CI/CD processes and ensure the stability and availability (uptime) of production systems for real estate platforms (sales websites, CRM, project management systems).

II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Infrastructure Management:

• Design, deploy and administer Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and on

premise server infrastructure

• Manage Linux operating systems, configure networking and

harden system security

• Administer containers with Docker, Kubernetes or Docker Swarm

CI/CD & Automation :

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub

Actions)

• Automate infrastructure using IaC (Terraform or Ansible)

• Optimize the build - test - deploy process to shorten release time

Monitoring & Operations:

• Set up monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana,

ELK/Loki, Sentry)

• Track performance, alert on issues and handle incidents, ensuring

uptime SLA

• Perform basic database administration (MySQL/PostgreSQL,

Redis): backup, restore, optimization

Security & Collaboration:

• Ensure information security, manage access control and perform

regular backups

• Collaborate with the development team to optimize architecture

and operating costs

• Prepare operational documentation and incident handling

procedures

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must-have requirements:

• College/University degree in Information Technology or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps/SysAdmin/SRE

• Proficient in Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS), Networking and Shell scripting

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or Docker Swarm

• Proficient in at least one CI/CD tool: GitLab CI, Jenkins or GitHub Actions

• Cloud experience (AWS preferred: EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, ELB)

• Able to use monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, Sentry

• Knowledge of IaC (Terraform or Ansible) and basic MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis administration

• Strong logical thinking, proactive, able to handle incidents under pressure

Nice to have:

• AWS/Kubernetes (CKA) certification or equivalent

• Experience operating high-traffic systems

• Understanding of system security and information security standards
