Supply Chain Manager (English / Chinese Speaking)

Outbound Logistics & Distribution Strategy

• Last-Mile Execution: Orchestrate daily retail distribution plans to ensure uninterrupted product availability across all storefronts.
• Network Optimization: Design and implement advanced route optimization and transport scheduling strategies to maximize fleet utilization and minimize total freight spend.
• Performance Management: Monitor On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery metrics, proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions for transit delays, damages, or service failures.
• SLA Enforcement: Ensure internal logistics teams and third-party transport providers adhere to strict service level agreements.

Inventory Control & Procurement

• Replenishment Modeling: Oversee inbound inventory strategies, utilizing data to monitor warehouse stock levels and trigger timely replenishment cycles.
• Procure-to-Pay Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end local procurement process, ensuring purchase orders are executed accurately, compliantly, and in alignment with working capital targets.
• Vendor Relationship Management (VRM): Partner closely with domestic suppliers to track order confirmations, expedite critical shipments, and ensure high inbound fulfillment rates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary supply chain liaison, collaborating daily with Operations, Merchandising, and Warehouse managers to align inventory flow with promotional calendars and sales forecasts.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Champion standard operating procedures (SOPs) across order management and logistics routing to drive operational excellence and scalability.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Experience: 5 years of progressive supply chain, logistics, or operations experience, preferably within FMCG, high-volume retail, or discount store sectors.
• Leadership: Proven track record of directly managing and developing operational teams.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in modern Supply Chain Management systems (ERP/WMS/TMS). Familiarity with data analysis or optimization tools is highly advantageous for managing complex routing and inventory models.
• Capabilities: Strong negotiation skills, deep understanding of procure-to-pay workflows, and expertise in transport routing.
• Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in business English or Chinese for regional reporting.
