Purchasing Staff

• Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers locally and internationally
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to optimize costs
• Prepare and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to manage inventory levels
• Monitor product quality and handle supplier-related issues
• Analyze market trends and consumer demand to propose suitable product assortments
• Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing/procurement
• Prefer candidates with experience in retail/supermarket chains (e.g., Maxidi, Bách Hóa Xanh, or similar)
• Good command of English
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good analytical and cost management abilities
• Proficient in Excel or purchasing management tools
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
