Supply Chain Coordinator/ Logistics Executive FMCG (Based Long An)

• Process and follow up daily customer orders (POs) from Modern Trade (MT) retailers and

Traditional Trade (TT) distributors, coordinating with warehouses and logistics vendors to

ensure accurate and on-time delivery.

• Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery while optimizing logistics costs.

• Manage finished goods inventory, stock aging, and product shelf-life.

• Prepare regular reports on inventory, and logistics reports.

• Support customer credit control in coordination with Sales and Finance teams.

• Other relevant tasks that be assigned by superiors.

• Age: Around 25 – 30 years old

• Gender: N/A

• Education level: Bachelor in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Language: English – Business level, Japanese is plus.

• Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations within

FMCG companies or Manufacturing.

• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and with suppliers.
