JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible for sample incoming inspection and supplier monitoring

Key Related Activities

PPAP sample approval And In-coming

• PPAP activities: Sample validation

• Check and solving issue in production line.

• Audit vendor process for new PPAP

• Other relative activities: 5s, deviation, prepare documents for customer audit and other task with assignment from SQA supervisor

Supplier quality activities

• 8D management

Specialized and Technical Knowledges

- Technical university or college

- Ability to use machine, equipment in quality field such as CMM, Micrometer e.t.c

- Good at drawing, specification in order to support the sample evaluation.

- Good as communication to work with supplier in term of quality and technical.

- Require English skill: speaking and writing.

Preferred Experience

- More than 2 years of experience...
