Service Accounting And Tax Senior/ Assistant Manager

• Assist the Manager/Director with instituting and maintaining accounting controls to our FDI clients.

• Be in charge of managing and supervising the accounting team to provide with the bookkeeping, Tax compliance, Tax advisory, human resource services to our clients as both an internal reviewer of accounting staff and an external reviewer on site.

• Assist the Director with instituting and maintaining accounting matters and controls to our FDI clients regarding Manager role.

• Proactively research and update the issues relating to professional accounting and tax technical knowledge to provide our client with the insight recommendation.

• Be responsible for controlling, coaching and reviewing the works of junior personnel.

• Prepare the training program for accounting staffs under the Company’s policy.

• Support Director on improving internal quality control and promoting our services to potential client

• Liaise with FDI clients, Tax Authority and relevant Authorities or participate in Meetings with engagement team and client.

• Three to five years of consecutive experience in an auditing or accounting firm

• Vietnamese CPA Certificate is preferable for Senior role

• Vietnamese Accounting/Auditing Practicing Certificate, ACCA or equivalent Certificate for Manager role

• University degree in accounting or auditing.

• Experience in accounting, taxation, and payroll.

• Good command in English (writing, reading and listening).

• Capability to supervise, lead and inspire members of staff.

• Exceptional analytical ability and experienced at making recommendations.

• Able to work independently and responsibly.
