- Receive recruitment requests, build job descriptions and carry out recruitment according to plan
- Search and attract candidates through channels: Linkedin, Jobsites, Social, Network....
- Participate in the entire recruitment process: Create candidate sources, Set up interviews, Discuss interview results with Hiring Manager and candidates, support candidates after onboarding
- Participate in building and implementing the Employer Branding plan
Yêu cầu công việc
- Have least 3-5 year of experience in recruiting IT positions.
- Have knowledge of IT positions and markets.
- Have participated in the entire recruitment process (receiving recruitment requests, building candidate profiles, planning and implementing recruitment, post-recruitment work).
- Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
Nice to have:
- Have experience in recruitment communications
- Have basic design experience to serve recruitment needs
- Proactive, responsible; Have a mindset to improve work quality and efficiency
